The rooms are spacious, wood paneled, cozy and bathroom is clean. Geyser in bathroom and room heater are also provided. Power backup is also available. The owner is courteous, helpful and jovial guy. Home cooked food is served to you. If you need restaurant style food, then you have to travel 7 KM to the old bazaar. This is the only drawback. Plan accordingly.

We stayed for 2 days.It was a really homely stay situated at walking distance from Tawang monastery. Uncle provided us room no.401.The room is clean ,spacious and well decorated.Bathroom is also clean and spacious.I can't forget Asinbhaiya ,the staff of this hotel who is really a nice person and cooperative guy. Moreover, the view from our room!what a beauty!It is truly a blessing to watch the morning sun bestowing rays surrounding ...positivity flooded the town. The food is tasty ,healthy and also convenient for my 3.5years son.They arranged permit for Bumla pass.

It was our very 1st exp staying in homestay and I must say it was a beautiful experience and amazing hospitality by Kumar ji.. My daughter loved playing with their grandchildren and also made friends with their pets Overall a beautiful stay in Dolma Cottage, Tawang.

The entire family is very simple, honest, kind, hardworking. Felt as if its our home. Good location and the variety of flowers , vegetables they have grown.. my god! Too beautiful! Had one breakfast at the terrace in a cool, sunny day! One should experience this! Special mention: I forgot my airpods in the room which was later sent to my address!! I will always cherish these memories throughout my life!

Excellent property - close to Monastery gate

This comfortable family-run property is about two short blocks to the entrance gate of the Monastery, which is a huge plus. If you get up early, you can hear the monks chanting their morning prayers. The hotel has 15 rooms and one “cottage.” My escort and I had Cottage Number 1 which is a suite with a parlor-type sitting area in between two identical nicely designed bedrooms. Bathrooms have excellent lighting and look newly refurbished. Room service is available and we used it everyday for breakfast and dinner. Food is excellent and well-prepared, and their veg momos are the best I had in all of Arunachal Pradesh - don’t miss them! I visited in early March and nights were cold. It is OK to ask for an extra heater as well as a hot water bottle to tuck inside your bed. Wi fi is available, but you have to be patient. If you are in the cottage and are not getting a good connection, go over to their hotel so you are closer to the routers. Staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful - the owner even found me an excellent guide for two days.
